1. When is my order shipped?

Our bracelets are made to your order and usually takes 1 days or less depend on existing orders. An e-mail will send out to notify you once it is shipped with tracking number.

2. It's been a week, i haven't received my order?

Please contact me right away to track down your package and verify that it is send to the right address.

3. How long is expedited shipping?

Expedited Shipping is approximately 3-5 Business days once shipped. Product with expedited shipping is noted on the product page, even though it is still list one shipping option during checkout. *USA ONLY

4. How long is standard shipping?

Standard Shipping is approximately 3-7 Business days once shipped.

6. Do you shipped international?

No, currently in the states only.

6. How do i insert coupon code?

At checkout, click on "CLICK TO ENTER DISCOUNT COUPON" on the right hand side under the total amount Click APPLY to redeem your coupon. PLEASE NOTE, coupon code is case sensitive, please enter as it is given to you.

7. How do i make an order?

a) Select the item you want to purchase

b) Click on "BUY NOW" or "ADD TO CART"

c) You will be directed to your shopping cart. If not, click on the picture of the shopping bag on the top right corner of the screen with the number of items in your cart.

d) Proceed to check following the instructed instructions. Or you can continue shopping to add more items to your shopping cart.

8. Can i make changes to my order once i ordered?

Yes, you can as long as the order was not processed. Please contract us as soon as possible.

9. I ordered multiple items but it arrived at different date?
   Some of our items are located at different warehouse. For that reason, some of the items might not arrived on the same day.    Also, items that have expedited shipping arrive faster than free standard shipping items.

10. What currency are the prices in?

The listed prices are in $ USD

11. Can you customize the bracelet to my wrist size?

On certain bracelet that are made to order, we can adjust to fit your wrist. Also, the beaded bracelet are elastic that can be stretch to fit your wrist. Please note your wrist size during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

12. How do i measure my wrist?

You can measure your wrist a string and then measure the string with a ruler.

13. Are the gemstones authentic?

Yes, our gemstones are genuine and high quality grade natural stones
